Easy to talk to and provided some good insights. They appeared to have trouble with a 3 phase system that was shaded between 09:00 and 09:30. The system initially tripped out most days due to a string imbalance. That took 72 days to resolve. The resolution required the PV panels to be rewired. I was glad they stuck with it and did not charge me until it was resolved.
Happy with the end result.
2) 18 Dec 2021 Installation of two Tesla Powerwall 2s. I had lots of chats and they came up with good/ important ideas. They seem to know what they are doing, but where still very accommodating my "strange" ideas . Some schedule slippage but it rained a lot. Works well and I'm extremely happy with the result.

- Ian Miller Added April 10, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★We have a system consisting of 16 LG 365 Watt panels, on a north facing roof, with some early morning and late afternoon shading, with a 6kW SMA Inverter. It has, so far, performed as predicted from the quote.
The quoting engineer helped me avoid Radio Frequency Interference from the inverter system, as to not ruin my amateur radio hobby.
The installers did a professional installation and flexible to last minute changes. They are not the cheapest option, but use top quality panels, inverters and mounting hardware.
